We love our eco-garden and we just keep adding to it and watching it grow.

Sensation pears, orange thyme, pizza thyme, lemongrass, sweet corn, sweet potato, red onion, apache chilli, grandfather sage, spinach, spearmint, choc mint, lemon balm, hot & spicy oregano & so much more to come

we cook with almost everything we grow, we make smudge sticks from our grandfather sage. It’s a great felling to grow so many foods simply from the rich soil we have.
