Happy Sunday from the Central West
I thought it would take much longer to feel at home in Forbes, NSW, since I grew up in Western Sydney. The thought of going back is a little daunting. I would never want to go back now that we are here. It's just been amazing. We have 80 acres, we have so much land, I feel beyond blessed to have so much. We agist 40 heifers and have lots of ducks, rabbits, so much wildlife. We can hear fronts, cicadas and now and then, roo's jump across our land.
It has inspired me to put together an eBook for vegan recipes. You don't have to be a vegan but its nice to go meat free now and then. You can cook these recipes and add what ever you like to them.
There's recipes that are dairy-free, gluten-free, low carb, high protein and nut free for those with allergies. I hope you enjoy it, we love it and have loved designing it!
